We are seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to join our full-time kitchen teams across multiple Blue Anchor Leisure venues. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with menu specifications.

Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.

Work collaboratively with other chefs, kitchen assistants, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Assist with stock control, deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients.

Follow health and safety procedures and support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or chef is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.

A genuine interest in food preparation and kitchen operations.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Reliable, flexible, and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and busy periods.
