Kitchen Porter / Pot Washer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our part-time kitchen porter / pot washers teams across multiple Blue Anchor Leisure venues. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment to a high standard.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and back-of-house areas.

• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties as required.

• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.

• Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.

• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability.

• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
