We are seeking responsible and friendly candidates to join our teams at multiple Blue Anchor Leisure venues. The successful candidates will be tasked with overseeing the play area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children, and providing excellent customer service to our guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the play area and ensure that all equipment is safe and in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests and visitors, ensuring a positive experience when visiting the venue.
- Address customer enquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and efficiently, whilst working alongside management when/if necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Preferred experience working with children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both children and adults politely and professionally.
- A proactive and vigilant approach to safety and customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and handle any issues or complaints professionally with the support of management.
- A team-oriented attitude with a focus on maintaining a positive atmosphere.
