Are pets allowed on parks?
Yes! As a caravan owner you are welcome to bring your pets with you to your caravan and as a guest, pets are welcome in our designated dog friendly letting accommodation. So, you no longer have to leave your pet at home! All we ask is for responsible ownership at all times.
Can we bring our static caravan from one site to another?
Unfortunately, we are unable to move a caravan from one site to another. The plots we have free are for New & Used Sale Statics and Lodges.
We are currently providing fantastic Part Exchange deals, we have over 500 Pre-Owned Holiday Homes and a good range of new ones in stock.

Can we have a deck/veranda around our caravan?
Yes! You must get permission from our Pitch Policy team by completing a pitch improvement form that is available from all site offices.
Once your proposal has been approved by the Pitch Policy team, your decking can be fitted. Fitting must be done by a contractor on your approved contractors list.
Can we rent/sublet out our caravan?
Yes! Some of our parks allow renting/sub-letting but we also provide private parks where sub-letting is not permitted. In fact, a lot of our owners rent/sub-let their holiday home to help supplement the ground rent and even buy other holiday homes to earn extra income. Whatever you decide we are here to help you along the way. For more information on which parks offer sub-letting and which are private parks, please contact our sales office.
Can family and friends use my holiday caravan?
Yes! Friends and Family are more than welcome to stay or visit you at your holiday home. You are also welcome to sublet to family and friends on some of our parks, however we do have private parks where sub-letting is not permitted. Where do we buy gas from?
Gas bottles are available to buy from all our site offices. Feel free to pop in or call your sales office so we can arrange it for you!
What do I get for my money (when purchasing a holiday home)?
At Blue Anchor Leisure, we include the following with all our new sales:
- Pre- and Post-delivery inspection check Warranty
- Full valet Professionally sited by our maintenance team
- All service connections
- Gas and electric tests and certificates
- On site refuse collection, grass cutting, road sweeping, street lighting, handling of repairs on-site, on-site reception, 24-hour security and sewerage
- Passes to the on-site facilities at Golden Palm resort for the lifetime of your holiday home
Who maintains the grass?
Our site team will cut the grass but if you would like to cut the grass around your Holiday Home, you are more than welcome to!
Does Blue Anchor Leisure offer funding packages?
Yes! Our expert sales advisors can arrange funding packages for all our new and preowned holiday homes. For further information please call our sales office.
Can you help with financial agreements?
Yes! We deal with several recognised lenders, and we can advise you on the best way to finance your purchase. Finance is available subject to status written details on request. For further information please call our sales office.
Does my holiday home come with a warranty?
Yes! All our pre-owned holiday homes sold by Blue Anchor Leisure come with a 3-month warranty and are fully inspected and checked by our qualified engineers to make sure everything is in full working order for you and your family to enjoy.
Every new holiday home comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as well as being inspected by our qualified engineers.
Can I choose any park? /Can I choose the location of my holiday home?
Yes! Subject to the age of your holiday home and availability, our skilled sales advisers will be able to recommend the right park for you based of what you are looking for.
Blue Anchor Leisure have 17 holiday parks for you to choose from and our helpful sales team will show you all the available plots. We have holiday parks in Winthorpe, Ingoldmells, Chapel St. Leonards, Skegness and Mablethorpe. With holiday parks to suit all customer requirements and facilities to suit the whole family. Blue Anchor Leisure is the perfect choice to own your own Holiday Home. Whether you are looking for a small private park, an ‘all action’ family park, a park with access to the beach, a park with fishing lakes, a certain location or a park with an extended season, we have something for everyone!
Can I choose a plot for my new holiday home?
Yes! Subject to availability. You will be offered a choice of park and plot. We can help you find the ideal park from our great selection of 17 holiday parks across the Lincolnshire Coast.
Is there an age limit on caravan purchases?
Unlike many operators, Blue Anchor Leisure owners can enjoy their caravan for as long as they like. We do ask that the caravan is kept in respectable condition, site fees are kept up to date and site rules are adhered to.
If you decide you would like a change and upgrade your holiday home, we do a great part exchange rate for loyal customers on any Blue Anchor Leisure Park
Are there any additional charges after I have bought my holiday home?
You pay an annual pitch fee; this contributes towards the running costs of the parks. There is also caravan insurance and running costs. We also offer easy payment options to spread the annual fee each year to make ownership more affordable.
