What are the annual site fees?
Current annual site fees across our parks range from approximately £2,290 to £4,455, depending on the park and development selected.
What do the site fees include?
Site fees include occupancy of your pitch, water, sewage, waste disposal, grass cutting and street lighting. Owners also receive 8 passes which include access to the swimming pool and facilities at Golden Palm Resort.
Is there anything else included when we buy a holiday home?
Yes. We include free transport and connections, alongside a gas and electric safety test. All used caravans include a 6-month warranty, while new caravans include a 12-month warranty.
How long are the park seasons?
Season lengths range from approximately 8 to 10 months, depending on the park and development selected.
Can I live in my holiday home?
Our parks are non-residential, meaning your holiday home cannot be used as your main residence. Proof of a permanent residential address will be required at the time of purchase.
Are your parks dog friendly?
Of course. Our parks and the surrounding areas are ideal for owners with dogs. We do ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times whilst on park.
Do you allow subletting?
Subletting is permitted on selected parks and developments. Our friendly team will be happy to discuss the options available with you.
