We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Arcade Attendant for the 2025 season. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for customers while maintaining a clean and well-organised arcade environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with any issues or enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the arcade’s cleanliness and tidiness throughout your shift.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- A friendly and approachable attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- References will be required as part of the application process.
