We are seeking a reliable and efficient Glass Collector / Floor Staff to join our 2025 team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting front-of-house operations by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Clean tables promptly after guests and visitors have finished their meals.
- Replenish and update menus as required to ensure they are clean and kept up to date.
- Assist with stock rotation and ensure that stock is regularly replenished as necessary.
- Run food orders to tables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and visitors with their needs and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
- Address customer enquiries and handle complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, remaining, calm and efficient under pressure.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility and reliability in managing various tasks as required.
