Join the Team at Blue Anchor Leisure in Mablethorpe

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking people to join our kitchen and wait staff team at The Tavern, with part-time positions available.

This is a fast-paced role in a busy seaside venue where you’ll be helping prepare and serve food, waiting tables, supporting the kitchen team, and creating a welcoming experience for guests and locals alike. You may work independently at times as well as part of a team, so confidence and reliability are important.

No two shifts are the same, so if you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and work well under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving food to guests quickly and professionally
• Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
• Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen support
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue
• Supporting smooth service during busy periods
• Working both independently and as part of the wider team

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working independently and within a team
• Reliability and flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is beneficial but not essential
