We are seeking a responsible and professional individual to join our team as an Over 18’s Area Arcade Attendant in the Golden Palm Resort Arcade. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the safety and enjoyment of or guests and visitors by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the designated area
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that only individuals over the age of 18 are permitted access to the designated area.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring the area is always presentable.
- Provide customers with hot and cold drinks as requested, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Uphold a polite, respectful and professional attitude towards all customers at all times.
Requirements:
- A polite, respectful and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a secure and clean environment.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
