We are seeking a responsible and friendly individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the play area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for children, and providing excellent customer service to our guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the play area and ensure that all equipment is safe and in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests and visitors, ensuring a positive experience when visiting the venue.
- address customer enquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and efficient manner, whilst working alongside management when/if necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Preferred experience working with children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both children and adults in a polite and professional manner.
- A proactive and vigilant approach to safety and customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and handle any issues or complaints professionally with the support of management.
- A team-orientated attitude with a focus on maintain a positive atmosphere.
