We are looking for a dedicated and professional Bar Staff to join our 2025 team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of efficiency and cleanliness
Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Serve drinks, cocktails, and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcome experience for all guests & visitors.
- Run food orders to tables, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
- Clean and maintain tables, ensuring a tidy and inviting environment.
- Replenish menus and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Assist with stock rotation and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to tasks and working hours.
