Housekeeping - Maintenance

We are looking to recruit a reliable and practical Maintenance to work alongside the Caravan Checkers, supporting the upkeep and presentation of our caravans. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, self-motivated, and capable of carrying out a variety of general maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance on caravans as required.

• Work closely with Caravan Checkers to address reported damage or maintenance issues.

• Complete carpet and upholstery shampooing to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Undertake external maintenance tasks, including weeding around caravans.

• Carry out litter picking and ensure outdoor areas around caravans are kept tidy.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

• Role model company values and behaviours at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance role is desirable.

• Ability to carry out basic repairs and practical maintenance tasks.

• Good attention to detail and pride in high standards of work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

Working Hours

• Part-time position.

• Mondays and Fridays, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

• 16 hours per week.
