We are seeking to employ a responsible and dedicated lifeguard to join our team at Golden Palm Resort Indoor Fun Pool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pool users, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations.
- Maintain a vigilant presence while actively supervising the pool and surrounding areas.
- Assist with customer enquiries, provide a friendly and professional service.
- Work independently as well as part of a team to ensure smooth operation and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a valid and up-to-date National Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (NPLQ) AND First Aid Qualification.
- Posses Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be responsible and committed to ensuring the safety of all pool users.
