Please be aware that plastic storage units are not permitted on our holiday parks under our site licence conditions.
We would like to make all Blue Anchor Leisure holiday home owners aware of an important requirement regarding storage units on pitches across our holiday parks.
Under the conditions of our site licences, plastic storage units are not permitted on holiday home pitches. This includes plastic storage boxes, benches, sheds and other forms of plastic outdoor storage.
To ensure our parks remain compliant with these licence conditions, any plastic storage currently situated on a pitch must be removed.
Where additional outdoor storage is required, metal storage units are permitted, subject to our usual Pitch Policy requirements. If you are considering purchasing a new storage unit and are unsure whether it is suitable, we would encourage you to speak to our Pitch Policy team before purchasing or installing it.
Maintaining compliance with our site licence conditions is extremely important. These licences allow us to operate our holiday parks, and failure to meet the conditions attached to them could put those licences at risk.
We appreciate that some owners may already have plastic storage in place and that removing or replacing it may cause some inconvenience. We would therefore like to thank all of our owners for their cooperation and support in helping us meet these requirements and maintain the standards required across our parks.
